I love to run; my left soleus, not so much. I'm planning on doing this to the tee, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Perhaps the test is so hard he needs a few days to compose himself.

Time 21:19
Weight 169

Took about 7 minutes to complete the push-ups, sit-ups and chins.
That puts my run at roughly 14:19.

I'm disappointed with the results. That run is 2 minutes slower than it should be and the push-ups/sit-ups took far longer than expected. But, I'm 10lbs over weight and ate several pieces of custard pie last night!

This test really is a but kicker.

I'll think about giving it another try the next time I train for speed. My agility weight is 158lbs which I was in February. I'm pretty sure I could get my time down to about 18 minutes flat.

This isn't the place to start a flame war asshat maybe next you try running outside not on a treadmill before talking shit.

5'8 211
push-up 70/30 (easy)
sit-up 100 straight (easy again)
chin-ups 8/6/3/3 (I had the hardest time with this I need to work on it)
2-mile (ran a good pace but traffic was everywhere but thats what I get living right next to a freeway)
time was 21:48 score of 60

Hey awesome canada cool condition forum mods:

My chin-ups are sucking hind tit. I 'just can't' do these things for shite, eh! *throws hands* I know I know, "Do more chinups!" Its like not working and stuff.

*cough* could I perform this basic exercise incorrectly or make it harder somehow? I use a wide grip when practicing. I don't use my thumbs. I do ladders upto four, do four twice, and then back down (if I'm feeling tough at that time). It takes fuh-eva. And I try this several times a day, five days a week. The last month or so *whistling* I have demonstrated meager progress.

I'm a runt with a big mouth. Please help me canucks.
