Yeah, in hindsight I can imagine.

The run didn't go so well. Lets just say I spent the afternoon with an icepack strapped to my leg with an old handwrap.

Following suit with Mike, I just tried the beginning as a warm-up.
100 pushups in 2:15.
100 situps in 1:40.
20 chins in :40.

Pushups were the hardest for me. I did 30/20/20/20/10, resting about 5 seconds max in between.
Situps did nonstop.
Chins did 7/6/7, breaking just to reset grip.

I don't run, .. ever. So, it's going to be the hardest part by far. I'll start practicing.

The chinups took me 2:18, but the last 8 were one at a time and I was getting too much lift from jumping and I still barely got above the bar.

And then I ran with my upper body buldging and full of lactic acid. 13:43. I ran on a treadmill at a 0% grade. The standard to make it comparable to outside is 1%, but this is Standard's challenge so what he says goes.

Total time 24:07.

I have a lot of work to do, but I can't be the only one who tried this.
Round two of this challenge:

Every exercise I did was legit, unlike last time. When you update, please remove the asterisk.

100 Pushups 2:41
100 Situps 4:01
20 Chins 2:13
2 Miles 14:32 at 1% grade, I suffered greatly
Total Time 23:28

I did some 1hBB snatch @ 79 today, Standard. It was 'good practice' for this challenge.
