wow, its good to see I'm still up there in on the board.. although if I did this again I'd probably go considerably worse, I've got to start working on my conditioning again in the next few months.

I'm starting to train again with a focus on conditioning so I'll have to give this another shot after I get my 2 mile below 14 minutes (maybe into the 12 minute range) so that I'll be able to break the 20 minute barrier.

It's awesome to see people like JPC and ZOP pushing against each other to improve. Nice work, guys.

I can destroy the running *14 minutes* and I can do great on the sit ups and pushups

I cant do 20 chinups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
