Conditioning Advice

Whatup peeps!

I'm trying to get my cardio up. Does anyone have a cardio workout that they can share. Thanks for the help. Train hard, train real!

Have you looked over the FAQ, there is alot of good information in there that should help. If that doesn't answer it and your have a more specific question than feel free to ask.

Put one in the microwave for 30 seconds and try to do three laps around the house before it explodes.

However, I disagree with Jason in one area. I would add at least one 30-60 minute LSD (long, slow distance) cardio session in per week.
