Concept 2 Rowing Challenge
Hey guys in the spirit of the conditioning forums challenges I thought I would throw out a rowing challenge on concept 2 rowers only as they are standard worldwide. They challenges are only short rows but I find them brutal!
Challenge #1 500m Sprint
Challenge #2 4min Row for Distance
Challenge #3 Tabata Row for Distance
Challenge #1 is self explanatory simple row as fast as you can for 500m and record your best time.
Challenge #2 is a 4 minute row as fast as you can for as far as you can. Record your best distance in metres.
Challenge #3 is a tabata row so its 4 minutes in total of 20 secs flat out and 10 secs of complete rest. Record your best distace in metres.
Also indicate if you are a HW (over 75kg) or a LW (under 75kg) For a change the HW have the advantage in a conditioning drill
