3 Circuits with no rest in between.
Perform any "big" lift and then drop the bar (gently) and run.
A big lift is any of these:
Cleans
Clean & Press
Clean & Jerk
Deadlift
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Snatch
Run 200-400 m as fast as you can.
