combine different objekts of training in one workout

i was thinking of mixing strenght, muscular endurance and conditioning in one in my morning workouts.
i train mma on evening. morning is workout time.
i read all the famous stuff like ross books, warrior workout ect.
but now i try to do some different stuff.
for further understanding i give you an example:
lets say its monday and i want to work my pulling muscles.
after warming up i to heavy barbell or dumbell rows for strenght. low reps, 3-4 sets.
after this is done i go for muscular endurance with lighter weight and high reps, 4-5 sets.
i do some pulling exercises like chin ups and between sets i do burpees and moutain climbers

ok after this is done i go to the treatmill and run intervalls or fartlek.
some days i go swimming or on the stationary bike instead of running.

so what do you think of this kind of training?
is it good or bad to mix the different objects of conditioning and strenght?
i didnt do it yet, i just had this idea.
i did every object on different days till now, but i want to change.
if there is any argument against mixing it, let me know.
thank you for reading and maybe answering

I've seen a few people who do this. Not something I'd suggest. Do you actually compete or do you just train in MMA? If it's the latter this could hinder the ability to make gains in the future, but if it's the former I guess it might help giving you the necessary strength for 5-15 minutes in a fight. I still would suggest you just do conditioning before or after your lifting, not in between.

Sounds eerily like CrossFit, coincidence?

yes i compete.
i saw a similiar type of training in the book superfit from strom/gracie. but the didnt include musluar endurance that much.
what i want to know is if from a training scientific point of view blending the different aspects together is good or counterproductive?

Good analogy. And it's true, this type of topic has been discussed a lot and it's generally considered best to keep Strength workouts separate to Conditioning workouts. If you need to do both in the same day then it's normally suggested to do heavy lifting 1st.

You do whatever is most important first.

I disagree. It's not wise doing heavy lifting after you have worn your body out with cardio. It could lead to lifting accidents. If there's a fair amount of time between workouts then I suppose it's ok to do cardio 1st but personally, I think it's wisest as a general rule to do heavy lifting 1st before cardio.

In an ideal world you woul do 2 seperate workouts, but not everyone has the time for that. I don't see a problem with what your doing but you are not going to make as good of strength gains if you limit your recovery between sets with conditioning work, just the nature of the beast, but you will make gains in both.

As a rule of thumb i do like to have strength before conditioning if they are equal in importance but whatever is most important should go first.
