ChinChim Workout
Hi, I just started training MMA about one month ago. I roll well enough with people of my own skill level. However, my cardio SUCKS. After drilling and 2 or 3 sparring rolls I have to sit out for awhile. One of my buddies I know from college is in the class and told me to google the ChimChim workout for some great cardio training. I looked it up and the site where the routine is outlined (bjjfighter.com) is down or just not working or whatever. Can anyone please tell me routine?
