Cauliflower Ear

I was curious if cauliflower ear affects one's hearing?

not really. randy couture says his (which are really really bad) doesn't affect his hearing at all.

Sometimes I just like to lightly pinch my cauliflower ear. Right now I only have it on the top of my right ear, but I think it sucks.

No it doesnt affect your hearing. we used to call it warrior ear because it showed that you worked hard and that a lil pain wasnt gonna stop you.

...look, Cauliflower Ear can affect your hearing if your ears swell up to where the auricular canal is blocked. If you have cauliflower ear, you can deal with it and hope that The Ultimate Fighter makes it cool, or you can suck it up and go to a doctor and get it drained and packed and taken care of.

mine is starting to get worse because my favorite guard pass causes my ears to often rub heavily on people's gi pants. I'm getting it on the part parallel to the canal and I can't imagine any hearing loss except that maybe your ears won't catch the sound waves they could before.
