Rest up and drink plenty of fluids.
When I am feeling run down or get sick I take these: Garlic cloves (Garlic is one of the few foods with both anti viral and anti bacterial properties), Vitamin C, Cod Liver Oil, Zinc, vitamin B6, and I also make up a stew with fresh Garlic, Ginger, and Parsley with mixed vegetables and Liver.
And go over your game mentally and try to prepare for the competition that way.
