Swimming, Biking and elliptical are your best bets.

My legs are barely functional at all and elliptical is about all i can manage.

Somedays when I absolutely don't feel like running I get on the treadmill and put it at about 3.5 or 3.8 mph and set the incline for between 7 and 9 by doing so I burn just as many calories as I would jogging at a good pace.

Took the word out of my mouth.

Put the treadmill at 3.5 to 4 and every minute increase the incline until you get to the peek and then decrease the incline every minute coming down. Your legs will burn bad and you will get some good cardio in.
