Cardio...makes me very excited?

So most of us have experience the awesomeness of post sex piss...and more often than not there is a little remnants of sperm in the urine that actually makes it in the toilet.

Well lately when I've been getting back from a cardio session and take a piss, I notice there is sperm in my urine, or what looks exactly like sperm. I have not being paying any attention to sex (gave all forms of down there fun up for lent) and I am not quite sure if this is a common occurrence or something I should have looked at.

I know running supposedly release many of the same hormones release durin sex, but does this stretch that point?

Well I am off to the gym...only thing I can think of, is that I have been using the stationary bikes pretty heavily as of late...and I know they fuck around with stuff down there.

haha sounds like you're fiending the tang pretty bad there son. I guess I just don't get the idea of giving up pleasures for religion or sports or whatever but to each his own. I'd imagine the combination of abstinence and whatever hormonal rush you get form working out probly combine to make your body aroused enough to start producing more sperm than the boys can handle...or maybe something is seriously wrong with your shit and you have a VD!
