cardio
in a month from now i'll be in thailand training at the fairtex camp for 10 days. i'm trying to get my cardio back up so i'll be able to be in good enough shape for the two day workouts. however, i'm slowly getting back into the swing of things since i dealt with a pretty bad case of walking pneumonia for about 3 months. before that i was running about 4-5 miles three times a week with an additional day of sprint running. now i'm barely able to run a mile and a half and my lungs still hurt sometimes. any suggestions that i could try?
