Can anyone give me some advice about Kettlebells?

I've just purchased a 16kg and a 25kg and i'm looking for some different exerices to keep things fresh, does anyone know any decent routines to help build core strength?

I like your quote.

Windmill: 3 sets of 3 reps (R and L)
Turkish-Get-Up: 3 sets of 3 reps (R and L)
Clean and Front Squat: 3 sets of 5 reps (R and L)
Superset with Single Leg Dead-lift: 3 sets of 5 reps (R and L)
Clean and Military Press: 3 sets of 5 reps (R and L)
Superset with One arm KB Row: 3 sets of 5 reps (R and L)
Swings: between 5–10 sets of between 5-20 reps (total volume of 50–100 swings). If one arm swings, perform sets of 5+5 for example.

Good routine. Ill have to try that.

There is also the snatch (rectilinear or curvi linear)
The high Pull
The true snatch

Try to do it all with little to no rest until the end. it will seriously challenge your conditioning. Rest 60-120 seconds and repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds thru.
Good luck, it kicked my ass.

Keep it simple.

Go to dragondoor.com for ideas/advice.

You Tube has loads of videos with techniques as well.

Take it easy at first and do not underestimate swings.
