Calf Muscle Soreness

I took about 6-7 months off from pretty much all martial arts and training in general. Put on a bunch of lb's with fast food every day and boozing too much. Now I'm getting back into things and for the past few days I've been eating right and running on the track. And always my right leg calf muscle gets extremely sore, and from the ankle to the calf goes numb. My left does the same but nowhere near as bad and doesn't numb over. It happens too when I walk to class in the morning, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Any clues as to why this is happening? Even now it hurts a little bit but it's not numb, when I move my foot I can feel it tighten up and sting a tiny bit.

try doing a lot of calf streaches on the wall if that doesn't help and numbness continues it might be a circulation or nerve problem and Im not the person to ask about things like that but I wouldnt worrie about it unless It sticks around after a few weeks because yer body might just be geting use to working out again

Ah thank you, I forgot to mention that.

When warming up, I run 2-3 laps around the track, so about half a mile at most just to get a sweat going. Then I stretch. I do a few stretches including calf raises. My legs will actually shake when doing them. I even will stop a few times during my laps to rotate the foot around to try and loosen things up.

Tonight, after I sat down on the bike next to my buddy I could barely move my leg without feeling like it was going to snap it was that tight. I tried to pedal and I just couldn't do it, it hurt too bad.
