They're uncompromising in their "bodyweight is better than weightlifting" philosophy and it's stupid. Everyone know knows anything about training will tell you that both have their place in a well rounded routine. Training soley with one or the other is myopic and inefficient at best, detrimental to your athletic career at worst.
Such uncompromising values force them to creat goofy, complicated exercises when there are perfectly reasonable, often superior, weight movements. Do they have some good ideas? sure. But by and large a lot of the shit they come up with is utter crap.
