Well, if your completey new, I'd start with atleast 4 weeks of LSD Running! But if you already have a good base, HIT or HIIT or Interval Running is where it's at! GL with the Muay Thai man! It's an awesome sport!

And chances are when you sign up for muay thai classes, they'll put you through conditioning for your first few lessons before you begin any actual MT work! Like a bunch of pushups and situps and all that traditional stuff...
