Building Stamina??

Looking for some advice.... I just quit smoking and am looking to start training for Muay Thai. I seriously need to work on my stamina. I have been running for now but wanted to ask around for some good advice.

Thanks!!

My advice is to look at the top of the forum page to where it says FAQ and read it, all the answers you require can be found with a little bit of effort.

Well, if your completey new, I'd start with atleast 4 weeks of LSD Running! But if you already have a good base, HIT or HIIT or Interval Running is where it's at! GL with the Muay Thai man! It's an awesome sport! And chances are when you sign up for muay thai classes, they'll put you through conditioning for your first few lessons before you begin any actual MT work! Like a bunch of pushups and situps and all that traditional stuff...
