Broken Wrist Need Cardio Advice

I had surgery on wrist and it will be in a cast for 6 weeks. Cast extends from knuckles to just below the elbow. Any conditioning tips are appreciated!

running, sprints, stairclimbing, stationary bike. It's only your wrist, it would be a lot harder if it was your ankle.

When I broke my hand and did cardio my sweat destroyed the cast so after my fourth cast change the doctor said I had to stop.
