Broken Thumb- what can I do?

I have abroken thumb at the minute- doc reckons I will be out th egame for another 4 weeks anyway.

What should i DO?
I have been shadow boxing/ intervals/ hill sprints/ LSD and Core work.

What else can I do?

Seriously? You can run/sprint. Well, hell, anything that does not bother that hand. If you can do burpees and pushups and pullups with no pain--what do you think?

If your rear thumb is busted, you can work your lead hook or jab etc.. and kicks and knees and elbows. I'm sure they would benefit from 4 weeks of focused training.

Use your brain now. You'll need it when you fight.

probably be longer than 4 weeks dude, i broke my scaffoid, its the bone that connects thumb to wrist, they told me 6 weeks, turned out to be 12, lucky i didnt need surgery!

I'd kick the shit out of heavy bags until my legs hurt. This may be a forced opportunity to improve some different parts of your game. ie: your thai kick combo's instead of combs with your hands
