Boxing Cream

Hey guys, wasn't really sure where to post this topic but was just wondering if any of you guys use any sort of cream or ointment for relieving sore muscles or bruising.

I tend to have sore insteps after sparring muay thai since sometimes i tend to kick when i'm abit too far and kick the knees of my opponents when they legcheck. The soreness only lasts a couple of days but nonetheless it's annoying. Anyways, does cream actually work and does anyone use it?

I was looking at something like this

Any suggestions? Thanks

it is usually better for sore muscles and tight stiff joints. not so much for bruising or getting hit in a sensitie area. alot better for joint stiffness, tight muscles, recovering from a pulled muscle and stuff like that
