Bodyweight workouts that test the biceps?

Alright you sherdogg's,

Can you list a few bodyweight excersizes that can improve bicep strength?

Cheers.

Thanks Doublebase. I've actually just incorporated the weighted supine rows into my workout because I do alot of pressups. So if there is anymore you can think of let me know, but the supine rows do a good job on the arms. In the link you gave me in mentions elavating feet about ground I think I will give that a shot see how it feels.

Yes, close-grip underhand pull-ups, extending all the way down to the point where your arms are straight or very close to it.

Aye, your posting in a conditioning forum and you don't know what biceps are.. typical but yes biceps = gunz.

Just got back from doing some Supine rows they are very nice to do. If anyone has not tried them and you are doing pressups already in your workout it would be a good idea to incorporate them so checkout the link above that Doublebase posted.

I love chins for the biceps, wide medium close...maybe do a static hold at the top of those weighted supine rows , slowly lowering to the bottom...
