Bodyweight Excercises in the Old School

I want to know out of personal intrest what bodyweight excercises did the old school boxers and fighters like Sonny Liston, Muhammed Ali, Joe Frazier and the like use in their training regimes? How many repetitions did they do? If anybody has any information regarding this, it would be very appreciated.

Push ups

Jump Rope

Chin ups

ab circuits

after watching 24/7 Hattons weight training sucks IMO, quarter leg press reps FTL. just had to put that in there
