Hip twists? Is this as self-explanatory as this sounds?

You need to work on your explosions too. I would also recommend getting a partner and carrying them on your back, doing wheelbarrows, or grabbing them by the ankles and dragging them across the floor, other than that your plan sounds pretty good. I feel that great strength incorporate with great explosion will work to your advantage.

Put both hands down flat on the floor, feet together, knees folded up to your chest. Twist your torso 90 degrees so your knees point to your left side and your right hip touches the floor, then swing your knees to your right side until your left hip touches the floor, repeat at speed ad nauseum.

I usually do four such BW circuits after having done 4 barbell complexes. I work through the whole complex/circuit, usually 10 reps/exercise, and take 60 second breaks between cycles.

Recently I've been trying for most number of cycles in 20 minutes, which is a blast.
