What's up. I had a question about changing body type-
I've been training fairly regularly the past few months. I'm in better shape...but I look almost the same in terms of body shape. i got wide shoulders, decent sice chest, normal arms and legs. But I got a slight gut, and my (cough) buns are a little big too (S shape

).
Am I stuck with a Lidell/Fedor body shape, where no matter how healthy I am, I'll always have that slight plumpness...or am I doing something wrong? Basically, can I tone down my butt, and get a six pack?
