Body parts you wished u trained b4 u got hurt
For the people somewhat new to grappling what body parts do you wish you exercised more before you ended up hurting them. For me its the neck.

I can't say that I regret not working anything more, because I built up the muscles that would have gotten injured during the actual training.

a part of my vertbrate was chipped which messes up my whole back, my knee was reconstructed and i just messed up my elbow. despite all that i stick with BJJ, damn it's addicting!

no I didnt break it, but I have micro-injuries from all the martial arts training.

For me, it's the lower back. Back extensions and GMs are now a staple in my regimen.

Lower back and wrists.
My wrist injury is actually not from fighting but from repetitive stress. I play too much guitar and troll forums too much :-P.

Lower back again. Suffered a bunch of muscle sprains and tweaks before finally realising the necessity of actually working DLs, GMs, hyperextensions, etc.
I'm lucky enough to have not fucked anything else up.
