Body parts you wished u trained b4 u got hurt

For the people somewhat new to grappling what body parts do you wish you exercised more before you ended up hurting them. For me its the neck.

VampireMonk, you really broke your back or were you just joking around?

I can't say that I regret not working anything more, because I built up the muscles that would have gotten injured during the actual training.

For me, it's the lower back. Back extensions and GMs are now a staple in my regimen.

Lower back and wrists.

My wrist injury is actually not from fighting but from repetitive stress. I play too much guitar and troll forums too much :-P.

Lower back again. Suffered a bunch of muscle sprains and tweaks before finally realising the necessity of actually working DLs, GMs, hyperextensions, etc.

I'm lucky enough to have not fucked anything else up.
