Bike Conditioning

I want to see what kind of conditioning people do on their stationary bike



1.How Long the total amount of time is



2. From what time to finish time your doing something(i.e. 0:00-2:30 Fast at 25MPH,2:31-3:35 13MPH; in minutes)

Mine is



20 min. total

0:01-10:00 steady 14 MPH pace
10:01-11:00 fast 25 MPH pace
11:00-13:00 14 MPH pace
13:01-14:00 25 MPH
14:01-16:00 14 MPH
16:01-17:00 25 MPH
17:01-19:00 14
19:00-20:00 25 MPH

Never done stationary bike training, but if I did I would probably try doing Tabatas intervals:

20 seconds max effort
10 seconds slow pace

repeat the sequence at least 8 times.

I tried Tabata stationary bike, and it was almost like no slow pace interval, as if you TRULY decelerate to a pace that would be considered slow, within the 10s interval, it feels like you are getting tossed off the bike.
