Best time to do cardio???

When is the best time to do cardio? imediately after lifting? later? before? What are people's takes on this

The search button is your freind here...

but in short post weight training is better then before but if you're doing a 2 a day split then anytime of day should be fine, just gear it in such a way you address what you need to, Ex. if you suck at cardio you may want to do it as the first workout in the day

i was told of pre-lifting. but recently, i have done post-lifting. i've had some great results. honestly, i will let you know of my results after 3 months.

It depends on what you are trying to do! If you are trying to build a lot of muscle you should do cardio after your weights, If you are trying to drop weight or go for over all fitness it is better to do cardio before weight training. I always do my workout before I eat in the morning because I find I get better fat burning through out the day.
