Best music headphones for running

Alright, I'm the kind of guy who likes to run with music. I'm also kind of an audiophile. What have you guys found to be the best/most comfortable (that also have great sound quality and volume) headphones to run with? The earbud kinds usually fall out of my ear.

Sennheiser PMX 100's.

They grip tight to you're ears, they sound decent and I must have soaked them in sweat a thousand times and they're still going strong.

Plus they're external, so they should be what you're after.

Highly recommended.

Check these out from Sony. The sound is decent, it's durable, cheap, and will not pop out of your ear.

Sony Ear Clip Headphones - MDRJ10/BLUE : Target

Here's an even better one that I'm currently using from Phillips.

Philips Sports Headphones : Target

I find some cheap sony brand inner ear ones good. They came with my creative zen and have run and done burpees with them and they haven't fallen out once.

I was considering getting some head phones for just running, but can't justify them at the moment
