best exercises for mma

hey guys just took my first mam class tonight and i wound up gassing pretty quickly.doesnt feel too good.what cardio do you think is best that simulates fighting or for strength and endurance.i can see this is going to be atough road ahead.how long does it take to get your wind?

Easy. Keep going to sessions. There is no better way. You'll have the best motivation in the world and working out by yourself wont do that. If you MUST workout outside of the school, then put together a nice long routine. Skip rope between all of the sets. Do not stop. It will increase you Lactic acid thresh hold and increase stanima drastically. Use you imagination.

In MMA training when you are tired keep training hard. I did that with Kickboxing and my endurance improved.
