You might want to do some spelling training too.
Just a thought.

Noone is questioning your toughness bro. I am also sure you're a very good fighter. You are 35 however so your body needs more time to get stronger, conditioned, recover from stress, etc. That is why we're suggesting that you postpone the fight. Why would you want to come in mediocre shape to a fight and potentially lose because you get gassed? Take the required time to get in the best shape you can be prior to a fight instead of doing last ditch effort to get in shape.
good luck

I am a 'dushbag' because I believe in proper preperation? You're amateur fighter, so this isn't your life obviously, so don't single me out when everyone else is thinking you'd be crazy to take a fight with no cardio.
I don't go to forums looking for magical boosts of cardio though...

I took a fight last year at 24 with 2 months notice but couldn't focus my training until 3 1/2 weeks out. I just packed up my old job and had 5 weeks (3 1/2 before, 1 1/2 after) so for those 3 weeks I was training twice a day, 1 1/2-2 hours a pop, all heavy cardio.
It killed me and all I was doing was eating and sleeping and training, but my cardio was good for the fight. My personal suggestion is seeing as you've had so much time off you would be foolish to take the fight.
If you had been ticking over you could probably do it in 3 weeks, but under these conditions, no offense, but you'd b a moron to take the fight. You could win, you could get badly hurt.
Plus you need to strip 13 lbs, doing that AND getting fit is not easy, especially given the time frame.
At the end of the day do as you wish, but
1) don't come on here whining about it afterwards
2) don't begin singling people out because they are saying things that you disagree with. You wanted peoples opinions, you got them.

Putting aside the fact that you don't ahve the condition, doesn't it take like 4 weeks or so to build up your fitness to a decent level however much work you do?! There is no substitute for time, eg working, resting, sleeping, improving.
I think you're crazy, not cos of hte lack of conditioning, but because you said you hurt your neck and had almost 3 months off, and you wana jump straight bk in the ring? Duno how serious or non serious whatever you had was, but having a bad neck is not something you shud take as a joke.

You can't improve your aerobic or anaerobic capacity in 12 days.
You'll be fighting with the cardio you have now. If that's good enough, fight. If not, don't.
