Is it best to do sparring after your condition?

I figured conditioning first will tire me and my MMA partner out to avoid any real heavy damage from sparring. I wonder if this will make sparring less effective. Is it wrong to do it in this manner or right?

Do it both ways. One day spar then do cardio. The next day do the opposite. Experiment and see what works the best for you.

I agree that you should do both. Spar then do cardio and vice-versa. The reason being is that when your fresh you can work more on technique. I think this is because your mind hasnt got tired yet.

Then when you do sparring after your cardio it works your physical and mental endurance. Hell sometimes spar then do cardio then spar again just to change things up

Honestly, I love pre-fatiguing! Your body needs to learn how to display power in the face of fatigue and learn new, different ways to act under extreme fatigue!

Either is good, or you could just spar more for conditioning

Yea try both. Sparring after conditioning will make you more mentally prepared to fight during extreme exhaustion that you will experience during a real match.
