Best Conditioning DVD's

Hey,

I'm doing a fair amount of training on my own at the moment. My conditioning sessions are getting a bit stale. I train for MMA and I was wondering which DVD's you guys would recommend?

Good suggestion. A guy at our gym runs a class that feels very similar to the bas rutten series. It's a damn good workout.

the Team Renzo combat conditioning dvds are very good

Otherwise books are the best source really, Most other dvds on the market which cover conditioning are too basic.

Ross is hopefully going to do a dvd soon

I am using Scott Sonnon's FlowFit DVD(s). Even though I no longer train for Sport Jujitsu, these are helping me lose weight.

When this topic has come up in the past, most people seem to vote in favor of the Bas DVD.

They have a DVD?? Gimme links.

Otherwise I second Team Renzo Gracie. I have watched the DVD and it is good. I would buy anything Ross puts out on DVD.

I hear the SAID stuff by the intocombat guys and Bas Rutten stuff is very good but I have not seen them personally.
