Belly dancing

Any body here know a women who has done belly dancing. My wife has been doing it for about 6 months 2x a week for an hour and the shape she has gotten in from only do this is amazing. She was always in fairly decent shape but she now has a washboard stomach and her asss looks like it has lifted. Any similar experiences

Yes, a girl I know went through almost the exact same transformation. However... MOST belly dancers that go to her class are fat.
Anyhow, these girls got me to try a class with them one night, and since I'm game for anything, and a couple of them are actually fit and HAWT, I got in there.
Believe it or not, I actually remember thinking, "This might actually be good for Judo training..."

Polldancing was the next big thing in womens fitness a little while back, there's alot of controversy in England at the moment because some people want to bring in a polldancing exercise program for children.

Back to the subject, never thought about bellydancing in terms of fitness, i always thought it was just birds with their arms in the air shaking their ass. Is it just dancing or is there some other fitness program tied in with it thats seen her get the results?

It is very good for the core. They have to make one side of thier midsection go one way and the opposite side go the other way. The legs are worked the entire time as they are always flexed. Arms and shoulders and alwyas held high and the stuff the can do with thier ass cheeks is fucking amazing.

except for one , every belly dancer iv ever seen also has a garden path from their belt line that joins up to her mustache.
