I'm a bit lost on that one. Why wouldn't you have belief in the exercise you do? does this mean the concept of exercise being beneficial? anyways..........
Don't get me wrong, after a hard cycle, I then run up this hill which can at time psyche me out a bit, as I know I'm going to have to go through a few minutes of numb legs, 185bpm, bad weather? wind blowing hard on me at times making it twice as hard, wanting to quit every second I'm doing it, but, I carry on cause I know when I'm laying in my jaccuzi bath lol, with that deep feeling in my lungs having been worked, I'm thinking, that was very hard but worth it all the way. It's a drug, cause I know if I don't keep on doin this I aint gonna be as fit, and I don't want that.
