Been Hurt For 3 Weeks, Need Help Starting From Scratch On My Conditioning!

Hey everybody, Ive been training myself for 2 1/2 years now in my own MMA style and started taking TKD 8 months ago (green belt) to get the flow of a martial art and to get some real schooling. i know i should start going to an MMA class but i have a scholarship to the university of bridgeport next year with taekwondo/judo as my major so i need to stick with it until then. anyways, ive had a sprained ankle for almost three weeks now so i need to completely start over in a few days when i feel ive healed up enough and i need great conditioning. in my last tournament i lost in the finals by a point b/c i was completely exhausted after fighting two fights back to back when i shouldve won. i never want that to be the case again.

equipment i have:
a heavy bag, speed bag, punching mitts, tkd kicking paddles, tkd blockers, dumbells, a weight bench, and miles of woods, open fields, and hills i usually run around in to stay in shape along with climbing trees.

i thought i was in great shape going into this last tournament but i still gassed badly. im almost positive its b/c i neglect conditioning in my workouts. anybody mind helping me with some drills to help with conditioning for TKD and MMA. thanks!

For Taekwondo related home training I would recommend Solo Training: The Martial Artist's Guide to Training Alone.
