Bear Crawls

Which muscle groups do you train with Bear Crawls?

What becomes stronger with Bear crawls, even if I do it for endurance?

Thanks in advance.

I hate bear crawls. I'm going to guess just about everything, but mostly shoulders and legs...maybe.

It's just whoop-ass conditioning. You don't feel in in one area, you just become exhausted.

That being said, shoulders and core.

If you do enough of them, your tear ducts get sore.

Since beginning a comprehensive curl routine: my mile time has improved, my deadlift has gone up, and I've won the lottery twice.

This is truth. Bear crawls are optimal for improving crying strength.

Do it a lot and see what hurts...if it isn't the tear ducts from crying and throat from vomiting then your form is probably off.

Seriously they work everything
