Lactate Threshold: The point as work intensity increases where lactate levels in the blood rise faster than can be controlled. This is also the “pussy rest-stop.”
Jumping rope is excellent for cardio and coordination. I just started and I do the following:
3 Min Jumping Rope
20 Sit ups
20 Push ups
20 burbees
3 mins jumping rope
40 sit ups
40 push ups
40 burbees
and so on to failure.
