Really basic video, but solid instruction for those interested.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone here use one of his ropes?

Nice find, thx alot. Seeing him jump makes me realize I have along way to go before mastering the rope.

Jumping rope is excellent for cardio and coordination. I just started and I do the following:
3 Min Jumping Rope
20 Sit ups
20 Push ups
20 burbees
3 mins jumping rope
40 sit ups
40 push ups
40 burbees
and so on to failure.
