Bas Rutten's MMA workout

I know this has been mentioned many times, but I just did Bas's 28 minute all around workout and I couldnt't be happier. I can never seem to be able to push myself that hard when I work out alone. Maybe it is just hearing Bas tell me what to do, but I pushed myself near the point of vomiting this time. If you don't have time to train at the gym very often, like me, I highly recomend this cd!

I've had those tapes for 4 years now and never tried the all round work out. Still puttin' myself through the all round fighting 3 minute rounds. Killer stuff though.... Defense!!!

I'd rather do the all around workout than the all around fighting. Those sprawls kill me.

+1, I know its been talked about before (a lot) but if you are training for MMA, or want something to do on your cardio days and hate running, or you need to get into shape, or whatever- BUY THESE CDS! I think they come with a DVD-instructional aswell, where Bas talks you through the numbering system and the basics, overall highly recommended.

I keep hearing about Bas's conditioning DVD's. How would you compare them to Ross's information?

The truth is that Bas' workout is pretty basic. The issue for me is motivation. If I workout by myself, i normally will not push myself hard enough. With Bas yelling commands at me I push myself as hard as possible for the full 28 minutes. Ross has a lot of great information, but the problem for me is pushing myself when I train alone. That's why I need the CDs.

Logical, I think most people fall into that problem. I have Ross's books and will probably get Bas's DVD's also.
