Bad cardio, like really bad, help.

Alright, so im a lazy bum and i recently gained 25 pounds er so of mostly fat. and my cardio is crap. im 5'9 180 pounds. tell me conditioning people! how can i shed these lipids, boost my stamina and over get into shape. like is there a specific exercise that will help my cardio the most (ie biking over running or vice versa). should i mix those exercises up? and would weight training help me as well? thanks.

also get your diet in check but you've hit the nail on the head, run, bike, swim, lift weights and mix it up are exactly what you need to do. Diet is such a huge part of losing weight that should be your first step, the next make a plan, nothing extreme to start like a 2 a day, 6 day a week cardio and weight plan. Something simple that you can stick with.

Best thing to do is average the number of calories you eat per day for three days. What ever that number iseat 200-300 less calories, per day. If your calorie intake is less than your expenditure by 500 kcal per week you will have lost 1 lb in pure fat. You may also want to meet with a nutritionist to make sure the food in your diet meets you daily supplemental needs. You can exercise all you want, but if you take in more than you're burning, you won't lose any weight.

Take it slowly with weight loss, otherwise u ll regain the weight in no time.

U're gonna laugh ?? I'm gonna give u 2 really simple tricks that will make u loose a lot of weight, although not radically :

- walk alot, minimum 1 hr every day. don t need to walk fast, just walk. I know in the USA it usually sucks to walk, but do it anyways.
- eat ur fattening stuff early in the day and watch energy intake late in the day. (u don t need so mutch calories after let s say 5-6 PM, because u already did most of ur day)
