I dont mean as a end all miracle exercise. But if you wore ankle weights and just did every day shit like go to work, or school and just wore ankle weights around. Do you think theyd increase leg strength at least incrementally? Because i have chicken legs

and it seems like a good way to just work my legs, since i walk a bunch at work anyway. So whats teh word?
i also know they can fuck up your ankles if you run or try and exercise with them. But i dont know if they even work, or if they just give you the impression that you're faster and lighter, but really its just because you had weights on your feet for the past 5 hours.
