Anyone Roller Ski?

Been thinking of trying this as an alternative to running.




Sustained running always cause my joints to breakdown, and it takes so much more cycling to get the same effect, plus I don't care for the road cycling crowd, (country club yuppy scum)


After seeing Bjørn Dæhlie on some Olympic shows this didn't seem so stupid, (maybe)

There's a place in Vermont which offers a 2 week trial to see if you can stand it:

Anyone ever try roller skiing?

How much more distance do you have to cover to equal 10 miles of running?
