Perhaps, but probably not as easily. P90X is a packaged product that is well designed and laid out. Having a busy schedule it's hard to pick something up and integrate it into your daily routine. The program really takes a lot of information, makes it concise, and easy to do...or at least easier to absorb. The work is always hard. ;)

p90x and p90 do work...but if you dont follow their diet it will not work. as with anything you have to eat clean...but they want you to use their recipies and buy their products.

Agreed, it's a nice place for her to start, or at the very least try to dispel any mislead info she's heard or have been told. Another good read on why she should try lifting: Women's Weight Training.

Have done this program and it is fabulous...very tough (and I'm in pretty good shape).
It's probably too tough for those new to hard exercise.

P90X combined with a smart diet = results. Ideal if you don't have access to a gym.
