Stretching is a major part of my workout.

I pretty much use what Bas Rutten did.

You are looking for something like? I do hold hamstrings stretch for 10 seconds, 2 times, then I hold quad stretches, etc....?

The elastic steel dvd is pretty good but overpriced for what it is.
