Any advice for a new comer

i have bin doin muay thai and bjj 4 a few weeks any advice 2 improve my fitness outer training? and any special diets i should go on??

For the average guy starting muay thai, I'd suggest a lot of running, ideally sprinting. Burpees are good as well. Push-ups and situps would definitely help as well.

well im slightly overweight but have quite good fitness, im like 5,7 210 pounds. i want 2 improve speed nd cardio bit more

don't give up when you hit a sticking point and work on cardio. cardio makes it easier when it comes to muay thai.

Yes, if you want to be adopted into a cult and gain zero strength or size, then crossfit is the answer.

I laugh everytime I check their comments on the WOD's. Always some cultish bs.
