Animal Movements!

Hey guys, I was wondering, does anyone find animal movements(crab walk, bear crawl, etc...) beneficial to there training? I was just sitting here wondering, I was remembering my old gym class days and wrestling! How we had to do alot of these, but are they truly beneficial? If they are, I could use these in my basement for some nice HIT work! Thanks!

I think you answered your own question. You did them, were they helpful for you in the past?

They're good conditioning when used correctly.

True, haha! I have used them, but never to a large enough extent!

I was thinking of using them in HIT Circuits in my basement, like,

Crab Walk-10 Times wall to wall

20 Pushups

Bear Crawl-10 Times wall to wall

25 burpees

Suicide Sprints-10 Times wall to wall

etc... in circuits like said! I think they'll be pretty good!

Well you better superset some bicep curls and ab ball crunches in there or you won't do anything at all.

Definately do those exercises. I used them as a pre-fatuigue or a collapse exercise at the end of a workout.
