ya interesting video. i argued for a long time that jogging was best for cardio. but after little personal sucess in cardio . i have been trying some new things. now i have cut back alot on jogging which i still think is important. but have added in alot of flat sprints and hill sprints. after just a few weeks im noticing a difference
