Am i on the right track?

Hello all im trying to get my fat ass back into fighting shape-------(never really been in shape)

I have terrible cardiovascular endurance so i am starting really slow and small let me know if it seems worth my time doing.

Im doing a really basic cuircut of 3 excercises Pushups, Situps, And body weight squats I first tried to do 35 reps each so i can reach a maximum of 100 reps total. It wasnt all to hard accomplishing it but i did gas out BIG time when i finished.

Im thinking of doing this circuit until i can do 50 each and when i do that im going to add another excercise and reach to 50. I also plan on doing alot more cardio each day shoot for one more min/rep. Does this seem ok?

Try a timed conditioning circuit instead, if you want to stick with the same exercises try 10 pushups, 10 situps and 10 BW squats and do as many sets as you can in say 10 mins. The way you have it set up now makes it more of a muscle endurance drill than cardio.

Yeah, you should definitely be walking or jogging at least two miles a day. You don't need to kill yourself but you need to give your heart a workout. It is good to mix strength exercises with conditioning. But walking or jogging is going to help your cardio, and it is also going to boost your metabolism and burn calories.
