The agressivity test
Hi guys,
This is a great conditionning drill I learned in the military.
The instructor takes you for a jog with a few exercises on the way, like running stairs, pushing the land rover jeep, fireman carry sprints, pushups, pull ups, rope climbing, crawling etc... whatever you want to drain you of all the energy you have and then:
You have to box for 3 minutes with an opponent.
The problem is, you have to keep striking, if you stop showing agression, they throw a couple of guys in to beat you 3 on 1 until you fight back and then it goes back one on one.
