After workout sweat

Does the body absorb sweat (or water) thats left over from a training session?

Not unless you drink the sweat or water. You cannot reabsorb the sweat on your skin.

Is this a legitimate question? Is this a real post?

I was watching clips of TapouT lastnight and Matt Major was in the sauna. He took a shower and his trainer (I guess) started fussing about him 'putting all that water weight back in him' or something like that.

Sounded crazy to me but maybe that's why he's asking? Something about absorbing the water.

Or maybe I was just really tired and heard him all wrong.

Interesting question though even though really simple. I kinda had the same question too. I seen a TUF episode (unfortunatly) and the coach was very careful of removing the sweat soaked towel from his chest.

His coach was referring to him drinking water. He was cutting weight, therefor he was only losing waterweight to make weight.

Don't ever do or believe what you see on TUF. They choose half an hour to show you out of like a whole fucking week, TUF should be prefaced by a stern warning "DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME, KIDS"

Maybe he doesn't want to touch another man's sweaty clothes?
