After Weigh In

So after people weigh in they go eat and get back up to their comfortable weight after they get replinished, but what do most people eat after the weigh in and before theit fight so they just dont trash their body...

I'm no expert and would like to hear from anyone that can weigh in some science on this, but fruit, oatmeal, chicken, vegetables, pasta. pedialite and lots of water for fluids. Everyone is different though. I don't recommend this but I've seen friends eat pancakes covered in ice cream a couple hours before and perform great.

i drank accelerade and ate salted kettle chips immediately after my last weigh in, along with a couple pieces of pizza the promoter provided (i was fucking hungry lay off).

a couple hours later i had all you can eat sushi and chowed down.

the morning of the fight i had a large breakfast. scrambled eggs and meat, potatoes, oatmeal, mixed veggies

lunch i had spinach salad, oatmeal and cottage cheese,

i snacked on protein bars and fruit for the rest of the day, tried not to eat to much

i weighed in at 6pm on friday night at 170.5 woke up on saturday morning at 181 lbs
