i drank accelerade and ate salted kettle chips immediately after my last weigh in, along with a couple pieces of pizza the promoter provided (i was fucking hungry lay off).
a couple hours later i had all you can eat sushi and chowed down.
the morning of the fight i had a large breakfast. scrambled eggs and meat, potatoes, oatmeal, mixed veggies
lunch i had spinach salad, oatmeal and cottage cheese,
i snacked on protein bars and fruit for the rest of the day, tried not to eat to much
i weighed in at 6pm on friday night at 170.5 woke up on saturday morning at 181 lbs
